what does the above mean?

It declares a new array of uints (unsigned integers), and initializes it with the first (only) element being 0xFFFFF

So it writes the value 1048575 to the address right? because 0xFFFFF is a hex value right?

| that alone doesn't write it to the address, but if you write THAT to it, then yes it would be 1048575

Yeah i believe this is what stores the value then i would need to writeprocessmemory. Thnx thats what i thaught it did but i wasnt sure.
