How do I cheat?

im trying to delete cheat engine ver 5.2 i deleted everything except this one dll file named CEhook.dll it sais when i try to delete it: Cannot delete CEhook: access is denied
Make sure the disk is not full or write-prtected and the file is not currently in use ( which i dont think it is ) please help..... is it a virus or something ?

It seems last time you used ce you also used hyperscan, but failed.
that keeps cehook.dll in use by the targeted process.

2 solutions: Close that process, or reboot
