Hmm... Try looking for a "MouseMove" event in the Events tab of your form properties. If you find one, double click it, and it'll get a method for you to create.

When doing the GUI development, click on the title bar of your application, it should populate the properties and events.

if you want just moving it then use SetCursorPos or Cursor.Position and to get the position use GetCursorPos.
To click too use mouse_event
