ACPI Uniprocessor PC and WXP Sp2 Home

I am trying to change my computer to ACPI Uniprocessor PC but the is no such option , Lol ..
but I am able to change to ACPI Uniprocessor PC in my main internet computer , I've notice that it have WXP Home but all other computers have WXP Professional ..
so is there something related to ACPI Uniprocessor PC in WXP Home or it is the CPU ?
btw all the CPU's i have are same Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHZ .

This is related to use ML Engine ...

Turn off Hyperthreading in your BIOS...
