I'm wondering b/c i heard it from somewhere ( i think on this forum)
that if you get IP Banned from a website that you can get a new IP Address by unplugging your modem or something to that sort..
is this true?
i wanna go back to this site that i got IP Banned from. is there any way i can fix this?
Please and Thank you.

is this a real question or are u just kidding?
but if its real here's the answer
maybe first u should learn what a ip adress is... look it up in internet or sth.
so u can get a new IP adress by reconnecting that means disconnecting from internet and build up new connection:
if u got an internet flat (not from provider 1&1) with modem:
just open router control program or get to router control panel
(typing in router IP as adress in browser)
and klick disconnect and then reconnect
if u use a modem:
same but i dont exactly know how...
just disconnect and get new connection to the internet
an different way (if u use 1&1 or sth.) are proxies learn what it is on wikipedia or google here is a usefull proxie site:
http://proxy.org/cgi_proxies.shtml
so much to write +rep for me?

My vista allowed me to do that,However it wasn't that simple. Something seriously wrong had to fuck up the connection.

ISPs have a set range of IPs that they can allocate. What you describe their is when they allocate this range dynamically. That means, they will give you the first possible available IP. Let's say for example that they are able to allocate the following IPs, A, B, C and D. Now let's say 2 other people have already been assigned IPs before you try to sign on, namely A and B. Therefore the ISP assigns you IP C. Now you all sign off and the next time you happen to be the first one to sign on, and you are assigned IP address A.
Static IPs are where you will always be stuck on the same one, ie. ISP assigns you the same one everytime.
So this method may work for some people whereas it won't work for others.

good perceivied!
thats why i posted the site with the proxies some of them work very fast
@mr. i-always-write-blue:
u are right but what does it matter? the ISP gots tons of IP's and users so the change of getting twice the sam is very small and the thing with static IP's i said to i used 1&1 as an example
