is there a fast way to filter out pointers that do not have a specific offset from the ones found by the pointer scan?

I'm trying to find a pointer which will be between a 6 to 8 a level one, and I need the last offset to be a 0, and one of the others to be either 0, 4 or 8 (which would be depending on the character, and I know which character is which).
However, when I do the pointer search, I end up with a bit over 350,000 pointers, which I think all work, but that'd take quite awhile to go through to find the actual one I want.

Any help would be much appreciated.
