who knows the policy on like broken ipods.
some people say you just bring it to the apple store and theyll exchange it for a new one and if its outdated theyll give you the upgraded model?
and some people say you need the reciept others say you dont o.O

so yeah. anyone know for real?

if this works im going to sell the ipod they give me and buy an itouch :]
