C is the orginal.
C++ is an improved version of C.
C#, I really don't know about anything about it.
C+, there is a C+? I think it is the grade I got on my mid-trems for math.

EDIT

What your are thing about is C+-, and that is a joke posted on the internet.

This has been answered many times.

I'd say that if you want to do low-level crap like supreme trainers and what-not, do C++; if you're going to do it for anything else (moderate trainers, even; industry (like jobs)), then choose C#.

I'm a fan of C#, myself.

C is the orginal. It is function oriented and doesn't use the CRT
C++ is an improved version of C. It is object oriented and institutes the standard C runtime. (CRT)
C#, I really don't know about anything about it. It is a object C that uses the .net. VERY object oriented as compared to C++ where you don't have to use as many objects.

I chose C++, because I want to be a game programmer when I grow up. And I already start learning with C++.

It depends on if u are a hardcore programer or not.
C# could be easier to learn, but on the other hand c++ is much more powerfull.
