At this point so-called technical support hangs the line.

When in reality that wasn't technical support at all.
Little chat could be diffrent, you could end up talk saying you are going
check it or made up something else.
I know it seems little impossible but all you need to stay focused
and have or get information about your client. I don't see really
how could you do this vice-versa that you are client and called person is technical support. That way is harder to convince person to give you vital informations.
This was little story which showed you how to use SE method to gain access in real life.
