How do I cheat?

I used to use cheat engine... got rid of it, then decided i needed it. the thing is, before i got it again i also got some little game (called battlefields forever, or something very similar) because i was bored. the game had a custom creation program that allowed you to make your own peeps to use in it, the PROBLEM is that now my com thinks cheat engine is that file, and it tries to open it WITH the game, then my computer temporarily freezes and i have to work really hard and wait 10 minutes to unfreeze it. It says the type of file that cheat engine is is a custom little guy, i deleted the game, and i think thats about all i can do now, if i check properties i can change what to open cheat engine with but idunknow what. so if anyone knows how to fix this please tell Wink
