I am currently running on windows Vista, and want to dual boot to
Windows XP
Could someone post a link, or a guide on how to do this

Well we have VMware these days, so dual-booting is next to useless. I would recommend just running XP in VMware if you have the RAM for it. If you're low on RAM, I would say just forget Vista and install XP only.
