this really looks like oz chronicle its also a 3d MS-like game and its open beta, it's pretty good. its korean though

more ms-like games is tenvi and punch monster, tenvi is open beta, you choose your race and each class has its own mount (warrior has robot legs, thief has some kind of robot but full form and mage has a dragon, they evolve too if you put enough skill points in the mount skills, after first evolve you can fly with it) and punch monster (in development and not much info but it looks good)
