when i try to download an attachment file it doesn't work it says
"The Attachment Feature is disabled"

Yes, trying to bring my bandwidth a little down with a attachless-thursday (/friday depending on your timezone)

needed since I am getting close to the 1.5TB/month traffic combined with a new ce release and the thousands of people that download it .
