I remember a page with the delphi help. Look at delphi. It will give u a hint

Hes not looking for Delphi help, hence the topic title saying VB6.

As Sponge said, look at the MSDN page for an explanation of the parameters and such here:
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms644944.aspx

Most of the API on the MSDN include examples as well.
