what does unrandomizer (eg: of CE) do and how to use it?

It unrandomizes values so that the value will always be the same. Seriously, all you had to do to fine out about it is tick the unrandomizer button.

but in all games there are thousand of values to unrandomize and on what value it will stay with unrandomizer?
