speedhack basically speeds up your game ex: if your character walks sloooow and you wanna move faster use speed ack and it will speed your character (and the whole game) up(look at pic for more help)

Open Cheat engine

Attach the program you want to speed hack

click speed hack change it to what ever you want

Don't mess with sleep time

Actually, messing with sleeptime can help getting a better multiplication of the speed depending on how fast your cpu is.
If it's updating the time too often and actually slows down the game instead of speeding up, set a higher sleeptime.
