What do you mean by updating?
You mean replacing?

Well that's easy, I'm not sure if you meant this though
Add this to the command1 click event:
Code:
Text1.Text = "Google2"

I don't use FF so I'm not sure what you're talking about
You can set the textbox to get a certain property using a timer such as:

Text1.Text = Webbrowser1.LoactionURL

You can't do that because you're not using your own browser engine.

your going to have to be a little more clear if you want an answer. from what i have read i'm not sure if you want the text from the textbox to navigate on the web browser control or if you want a textbox to display the name of the website. i may be wrong and you may want something else. if you do try to be more clear, maybe tell us what your trying to make.

Hahahaha.
You REALLY don't get it do you? You're not using your own browsing engine - only Internet Explorer.

i think he's trying to "make the text box display the same thing everytime"... aka saving settings

there's a high chance that i get this one wrong though

Not sure if thats it, sounds more like he wants to set the default homepage when the browser loads like Internet Explorer and such do.

If this is the case, save the settings of your browser into a configuration file, or use Internet Explorers default page which can be read from the registry at:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main

The key is 'Start Page'.

Read up on how to read and write to the registry to obtain this value and to change it. Then when your program starts, read this keys value and have your browser navigate to it if you wish to use the users default homepage from IE.

i think i get it

Code:
Private Sub BACK_Click()
WebBrowser1.GoBack
End Sub

Private Sub Form_Load()
WebBrowser1.Navigate ("www.google.com")
End Sub

Private Sub REFRESH1_Click()
WebBrowser1.Refresh
End Sub

Private Sub GO_Click()
WebBrowser1.Navigate (Text1.Text)
End Sub

Private Sub FORWARD_Click()
WebBrowser1.GoForward
End Sub

Private Sub WebBrowser1_StatusTextChange(ByVal Text As String)
Text1.Text = (WebBrowser1.LocationURL)
c.Caption = (WebBrowser1.LocationName)
End Sub

so if the form you load should open your homepage use this
so change this:

Code:
Private Sub Form_Load()
WebBrowser1.Navigate ("www.google.com")
End Sub

To

Code:
Private Sub Form_Load()
   Dim Bla As String
     Bla = Val(Yourhomepage.Text)
     WebBrowser1.Navigate Bla
End Sub

im not sure if it works but i atleast tried

The Extension 'zip' was deactivated by an board admin, therefore this Attachment is not displayed.
