Some websites, when you close them, have loads of (seemingly) unending popup windows... How do you encode them in a program such as notepad when writing HTML language? Im somewhat of a noob in programming... been going on about a week of education.

you would use javascript for that

but most every modern browser has a popup blocker so they're useless
