If you don't understand what my problem is i will explain:
I try to change my skillpoints in 999 but when i changed i cannot click anymore on one of the - of +, i hope you guys can help me

P.S I uninstalled CE and then again downloaded so its not that problem

Thats not a problem with CE, nor the game or anything.
The problem started with you.

Explaining:

1. Scanned for 9*8 = 72
2. Scanned for 8*8 = 64
3. Changed 64 to 999 <------- That is where you went wrong.

64 is not the real number in game, it is 8.
So by putting 999, that will get multiplied by 8 and = 124.875 in game.
This is why the +/- wont work any longer you crashed the game.
Remember *8 Rule. If it is not divisible by 8, then it will crash.

To set you skill points to 999 you have to do 999*8 = 7992
So the value you change needs to be 7992, not 999.
