I can make MMORPG with the CE or need a RPGmaker? If need the RPGMaker, what nis the better?

CE is not a game making utility. It is a memory hacking tool. If you want to make an MMORPG, learn how to program and create a real one and not some crappy 2D game.

Cheatengine is a memory editor not a gamemaker. If you want to use a game, use tools like game maker and research on OpenGL.
