i keep getting a trojan warning from my virus scanner, i would ignore it, but its no were near the place were i extracted/installed a ce im using. is that normal? sorry for the stupid question

there are some glitches in the site, i keep coming across stuff like that while browsing -.-

CE is not a trojan. Look at the stickied topics.
As for the PHP glitches, it's due to the lag of the site. It happens every so often. Just ignore 'em.

Most AVs know that CE is not a virus/Trojan. If your AV doesn't know about that, then you may need a new AV.

check out which trojan it is.
CE is usually detected as generic.hacktool or by some crappy ones even as cheateng!xxx
if it's something else, then you really got a trojan

Technically, CE is something that can be used maliciously, therefor the virus protectors are required to put it in there block list.
If they don't then the seal of approval will go bye bye off their product packaging.
See if theres a place under the settings to ignore certain trojans.
