First, find out what you need.
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4181.html
Download and install that, find out what video card you have, then go to your manufacturer's website and find em.
Edit: If you have any problems finding the correct ones or anything, let me know and I'll assist.

I see, well, you may need chipset drivers as well, but anyway, I need more info, at least your OS I believe.

It's onboard.
Look at the manufacturer, Intel.
that should be enough information to find what you're looking for.

search Intel's site, or a search engine should provide you with your drivers

Maybe I'm stating the obvious, but it could be that either:
-your monitor just needs to be calibrated, downsizing the image size a bit
-your resolution is set to high, try lowering it a notch and see if that helps

I have an onboard card.
nVidia GeForce 6100 128MB. It's...alright, don't know the difference since I don't do much gaming on this computer.

I HATE onboard video, but the 6100 is pretty good as far as onboard goes, most of the features of a dedicated card, same unified driver so you don't have to search forever, and powerful enough to run most games on low settings. I have an AMD machine with one of those in it and it runs BF2 on medium, not bad. All other onboard fails miserably.
