Withholding information is entertaining to you, isn't it?

Positive reputation lasts 4 months, negative lasts 3 months.

Example:

+10 reputation on January.
-7 Reputation on March, making current reputation 3.

On April you will have -7 reputation until July.

Or a moderator or Dark Byte could have done it.
