| Hi. I'm having some problems with my computer. When I click Start, i can't find Control Panel. I've tried numerous attempts to find Control Panel so I can do stuff like add and remove programs or such but I can't find it. Also, I have this problem with my printer where it can't find my printer. Like, when I click Print, an error message pops up and says that no printer is connected or something, but I have a printer connected. What can I do to fix this error?

you can try clicking start>run>control panel and it should run the control panel, but if that dosen't work then there might be something wrong with the actual folder

Ya. I've tried that and I also tried clicking on the Address Bar on anything like in My Computer, and then typed in Control Panel which lead me to the folder before I had this problem, but now it doesn't work.

Start- run- type "gpedit.msc"
under user configurations, choose administrative templates...then click on control panel, and set prohibit access to control panel to disabled.

Wow... Thanks!! I can use Control Panel now, but it took a while because it was in this other language that I sorta knew, so I had to look in the dictionary.
