Well :

Write an equation of circle with an center of (2, -3) that is tangent to the x axis. Anyone know?

That is impossible.

A circle in a graphic can only be made with 2 or more equations.

Write down 42.

Nevermind i got it. Tangent means toucing x axis which means 0 so the point 2,-3 shgows that its 2 spacea away form x axis meaning that the radius is 2 therfore we can devople a formual and that is (x-2)^2 + (y+3)^2=4. Just needed to think xD. Thanks for all ur help.
