What is it used for? it just causes me mega slowdown's and i want to turn it off but i want to know what its used for.

It alerts you when you're browsing a phishing site. It doesn't have to be enabled.

it phisises out the shit on the site.
It scans every site you go on and if you keep you`re setting aka privaciy setting high.
It wont even let you go to most sites.
