Just delete hal.dll and the problem will be fixed.
Search it and just delete.

Do you really think he is that stupid? If he is able to look at the Windows Movie Maker folder and notice some missing files, do you really think he is dumb enough to delete his whole entire system32 folder?

If you try todelete your system32 folder, some pop ups will come up telling you that some files are running, and some cannot be deleted. You cannot literally delete your system 32 folder. But you can use ResHack to mess up all the files in there.

I told him to delete hal.dll, not the entire system32 folder.
