well i have my delphi on a mp3 player and it works fins on my comp at home

but when i start it in school it cant find a dl file

the dll file is in the C:/ thats blocked for normal users at my school
is there a way to use delphi
(it only need to open so i can programing i dont need to compile)

If you dont need to compile, use notepad Smile

the you will find test like £@£$@€$£€$€€$ and the string i use
that will be pretty stupid and wierd if i edit wrong
