what does this mean?

I searched the value for a timer showing how much time there is left for a building to finish
and did the find out what writes to this address

my goal is to make the timer finish faster than normal

this is for a browser game called Travian

well, for the faster than usual part, u could just upgrade the "main building" and everything u build will take less time to build... this requires no hacking skills and is very important when u get stronger and more experenced at "travian"
