well bassicly ive extracted and unzipped all the files for all trainers ive attempted to use but nothing ever happens,its just white screen!plz anyone help me actully get to use trainers...what do i do?

rightclick my computer>properties>advanced>perfomance settings>highlight all and delete then save and reboot

i got to performance settings but i dont get what to highlight and what tab is it in?

when he says "delete" he meens "uncheck"
