Intel® Core™2 Q6600 Quad-Core (8MB L2 cache,2.4GHz,1066FSB)
Genuine Windows Vista®5 Home Premium
500GB6 - Seagate 7200RPM, SATA 3.0Gb/s, 16MB Cache
2GB7 Dual Channel8 DDR2 SDRAM at 800MHz - 2 DIMMs
Im just thinkin of buying a pre-built pc and these are some of the specs for it.
The graphics card is 256MB nVidia GeForce 8600 GTS.
Would this be a decent set-up to run Xbox Live through and counter-strike with almost no lag?

CS 1.6 will run on a sewing machine.
CS:S on the other hand will likely run perfectly fine on that, though if you plan on running some sort of stupidly high resolution, just get an 8800 series.

So 4 GHz RAM isn't necessarily needed?
XBOX live should run fine through this computer too then?
The only games ill probably be playing on this PC are CS, WOW, Unreal Tournament, and maybe some ijji (www.ijji.com) games.

You don't need such a sound card.
If thats all you're going to play, then you're fine.
