Actually, it looks nice, but there are a few things:
I think you made the "light source"a little too bright. Its not so good to have a light source be almost bright white. And I guess you should have filled the right part a little, its a bit plain now.
Besides that, its a nice sig and you used some nice effects.
I`d rate 6.5/10

(btw: did u use C4D for the backrender, or did you grab it from the internet?)
