Is there a way to burn DVD's without a DVD drive? If so tell me how to do it please.

its because YOU NEED!!! a dvd writer to WRITE! a DVD
you NEED! a cd writer to WRITE! a cd
the difference is because of the material of the disks and the frecuency of the lazer
cappichi?
