HI, Im sometimes doing some hacking steps wrong, so im just wonder if anyone know a good program that records wut im doing on my computer.

I have already tried some of the programs like, River Past screen recorder, My screen recorder and Cam Studio. Some runs great, but they dont save as AVI or files that can be played by DivX or Windows Media Player.

So, right now my main question is, Dose anyone know a Perfect Program that records wut im doing on the computer, smooth recording/play,will save as avi or other general video players, and can also record wuts coming out of my speaker.

PS: I dont care if its free or pay2play/use. Just tell me the best of the best~~ lol Smile

Instant Demo 0r Camtasia Studio will work, also fraps

nice~~I just tried Camtasia Studio 5, works great~~ thanks dude.
I also tried instant demo, but thats not good, the recording lags(mouse teleporting in the vid i recorded).
