If you have a 'security' device attached to your computer that fries you when a specific event happens, then yes. you can make that event happen with CE

arrested... hmm, perhaps if you install it on someone elses' computer and then fry the owner by editing their security device to fry them, then probably yes.

of course, the chance of this happening is pretty low

I think it means that CE is just a tool, and that they take no responsibility as to how you use it.

And not all users are from the USA. Some countries have stiffer penalties regarding breaking laws.
