I am pretty sure I have many viruses, I don't download a lot and my computer is so slow, can anyone tell me a good anti virus or how to get rid of viruses for free/ easily. Thanks.

Try using AVG

also if u download any files make sure there in .rar or .zip so that u can scan them with an antivirus program here is a great site that tests a file by using lots of antivirus programs.

It doesnt matter what you like.....
Which one do you like more. Slow ass data miner infested pc or AVG.
Also use google to look around for other free ones.
I would suggest using a firewall as well.

also i downloaded some sherwod trainer which i just found has all these hijacking and trojan stuff

I recommend Avira AntiVir. The free version has no limits, and it has a almost 100% detection rate (Look at the anti-virus results here.)

I recommend rebooting your whole system that what I do rofl....Antiviruses are like viruses for me
