Cheat Engine

Ok so i am trying to dupe some items. Or change items in the game.
I can use CE successfully and be able to change a potion in my inventory into a weapon, or make a normal weapon into a +1 +2 upgraded weapon. But its only there on my screen and not in the game. How/what do i have to do to be able to have it physically appear in the game server and not just my screen???

um...a way might be by using wpe pro,what i would do is get the packet that gives me the potion then keep on sending it

not sure if im doing it right. But i am just testing on how to send packets to get the same result.
My Test: trying to buy pots from an npc
running game
run wpe
buy pots
stop wpe
wpe loggs that the packets sent were
Recv
Send
Recv

I then resend the "send" packet.
it logs me off
when i log back on it shows that i bought another pot from the npc
so how can i manipulate this to buy me free pots or create new pots in my inventory??
