1-how to hack the server value and not the client one?
2-with code injection

1 - Yes you can. You can also bot. HOWEVER you can't edit server sided values with CE, you have to use a packet editor.

2 - I can't explain now. But if you open the Cheat Engine Tutorial and type the passowrd 013370 you go to code injection.

Do the cheat engine tutorials. Jumping right into it is going to make it very hard.
