Im not sure if this is where I should post this, but though my internet connection is fast, my PMs take HOURS to be sent. Is there any reason/fix for this?

Literally, I was PMing a guy who left (not SunBeam) and the PM stayed in my Outbox for over 24 hours. Sad

and it will stay in the outbox till the person reads it.
as soon as he reads it itwill appear in the sentbox and becomes uneditable
