Cheat Engine

hi, i try to hack mu with cheat engine,,,, and i want to hack my HP i think i have do something incorect.... first i used exact value (ex. 100) then i click on first scan....and i let the mob (monster) hit me,,, then i look on my HP (ex.95) and put it again then my second scan nothing happen!!!!

i try it again with unknown value...... after scaning. i let the mob hit me again and i go in CE and change it in decrease value.... after scaning my HP goes up again and i put increase value.... affter i get few result and i get the adress ( i dont if its right )^_^ i freeze it..... but nothing happen to my HP, my life still decreasing.......did i do wrong??
