Not sure about the functions and syntax for delphi..but basically I do it the virtualallocex, writeprocessmemory, and createremotethread way...

These are 3 ways of injecting a DLL, I found it some time ago.. Just translate it to Delphi, or put the functions in a DLL.

I prefer a dll injection in C++ since delphi sucks for this situation.

There are some good hackers at that site, I've been there before.
