Hey u all, I'm new to this, so i hope i get a simple answer Smile lol.

Well, yesterday i read a topic saying about Last Chaos hack(which is
another game i like to play) and i can do a Speed hack which make me
attack alot faster. So, here is my question. How did the guy (LCSuck)
find the number? he say to put 14 then 20 then etc. etc. I wonder where
did he (and other) get all of those number from?
