put it in a folder where you have write access.
And you need access rights to open and read /write processes

| It doesn't work on USB drive probably because it doesn't have the right registry keys. Try import/export the CE reg keys using regedit.exe

I can't use the run command on school pc, so I can't start regedit.. So option 2 fails.
DB, so if I store it in my documents, on the school computer, where all my other files from school are, it should work? I'll try

Try starting regedit from a batch file then.
It should work unless they don't allow you to save files as .bat
