inside the picture is a code....
if u want to find out if the code is right
just put the code inside the rar..

so simple there is a code inside the picture(hidden code) you need to find it

This forum isn't for password protected zips/rars.

The point is to make a program that you coded your own protection into and for us to reverse it.

This would just require a bruteforcer and can not be reversed.

You could be one of three peoples:

1. You do not understand how rars are passworded and naively believe it is provided by WinRAR even though the decompression algorithm is public. This means you are an idiot.

2. You understand how rars are passworded and derive some satisfaction from knowing this is an impossible problem, and didn't look at any of the other threads in this section to see what this is for. This also means you are an idiot.

3. You do not understand how rars are passworded but you don't care, you just want a certain file inside that rar that does not belong to you and think people will crack it for you if you present it as if it were your own challenge. Yes, this also means you are an idiot.

but i still dont get one thing: if we can get the encryption algo, so y cant we open the passworded archive on hex view and decrypt it?

this is a way to encrypt a password in a img with out dmging the file =p
the rar is only to check if the psw is right =p

and take a hit the psw starts with 4d3e7.............

ok i will tell you what i did the are 2 encryptions =p
1. protection of the password with out the protection code you cant find out the psw =p
2. the password =p
and btw it is much harder then you think ^_^

Well then you obviously used a program to encode it then - most likely JPHide or JSteg... F5 or StegHide are possible but unlikely.

Since you've encoded it with a password - the only way to attack it would be a brutefoce. Since the "psw" starts with "4d3e7" i'm assuming it's not a dictionary word.

In other words - this would take to much processor time and man hour time to attempt - and I'm not going to bother trying it.

Yes it takes "20 seconds" to decode, with the programs and with the passwords. Without the programs and without the passwords is a different story, and is where we will be coming from.

cracking passworded archives is almost impossible without the un passworded archive. so now stop posting rar passworded crackmes, its the second or thrid time some1 post those stuff in the last month and its pure spam.
