Someone says i cant hack because my computers OS is windows xp, so is it true that i cant hack? Shocked

This has nothing to do with programming... A hacker could hack on almost any system... Could you? Doubtful since your asking this question

A vast majority of all video game hacking is done on Windows XP. The person you spoke to was either A) bullshitting or B) meant Vista, and was wrong either way. You cannot use Cheat Engine on windows Vista, but that is not the only way to hack.

Bullshit. You can hack any game on any OS. The only thing you can't do is use cheat engine on Windows Vista. But there are many other ways to do this. Especially since all cheat engine is, is a memory editor.
