Usually online games store the health server-side.
This makes it a lot more difficult to hack.
If you find the value on the client-side it will only change what you see, not what it is.
Some times the value can still be stored on client-side, but there is more than one value that you need to find.

Like this :
- Health Bar Number Value
The value for the numbers on the health bar.
Example: 100 or 100% etc.
-- Health Bar Color Percentage Value
The value for the color on the health bar.
Example: [||||||||||] [80%]
--- Actual Health Value
This is the value behind both the color bar and the numbers.
It is the value you want to find.

So make sure it is not like the above.
If it is not like above, then it is server-side.
If you do not know what the server-side is then read Diffrence between Client & Server Sided.
Then, use search and see what advice was given to other people.
