1. where can i get CE?
2. i heard CE has virus, issit safe?
3. Is CE also called as Moonlight?
4. Do you need number codes for hack??

2. yes, it is safe.
3. Its an UCE (Undetected Cheat Engine). Cheat Engine is an open source which you can modify to your needs, then some people use it to bypass anti-hack protection systems.
4. No. You need to search for values, find adresses and then your able to change it, might sound easier than it really is!
