I dont quit get it, how exactly do people make crackme's with certain types of serials for different usernames, can anyone specify that to me?

They use the username in the creation of the serial.

well a crackme often has a password check, while a keygenme is often a serial number based application..

serial numbers are generated off of the name you give - so that each serial has only ONE name it can match too - though a name can have multiple serials... you have to make an algorithm for these...

with crackmes you normally have a password (hopefully encrypted or it's wayyy to easy) and they have to reverse your program to try and find it

for example when u buy a program u enter the name and then u get the serial in email or something...
im not sure but i think u can make something like
if name has A in it, serial will be 3cf... if it has a c so add 780 so ab would be 3cf780 i guess...

... Like give an example, ive never tried making a crackme before, and i only know one way, but that could easily be found out with olly searching for text strings

Writing crackmes can be equally it not more rewarding than cracking them, you 1) learn what what works and what doesn't and 2) think about how people will try to crack it and come up with ways to either block, prevent, delay or bore crackers.
