People suggest new sub-forums, so I might aswell 
My suggestion is an Acclaim Games forum, under this category all games from Acclaim should be.

On this forum there could be released hacks, requested hacks and discused hacks.

Erm One really important section i guess is a reverse engineering section.. Crackmes can go under their then and people can learn how to use ollydbg etc

No, and partially yes.
I could give a detailed explanation of why, but usually nobody reads long posts properly.
So...
Short Version:
The ones that have working, public hacks could be more neatly organized.
The ones that aren't don't deserve a subsection.
And TopSecret is going to be some sort of MMORPG Racing Game.
I also think they said the name will change.

I've heard he doesn't usually reply to private messages.
Can't blame him, probably gets 100% mailbox every day.
