Ok is Cheat Engine supposed to be 2,121 MB's on my Hard Drive? or is it just me? not sure i was just wondering

A new install of Cheat Engine is 8.23 MB.
So no, unless you have lots of plugins and other files.

it can grow if you do pointer scans, save cheat tables and .cem's or just simply scan for files .e.g byte scan for the value 0 in a huge program and don't properly close ce
